  I was very impressed with the good, honest and transparent customer service I received! Of all dealerships, I got the most fair and reasonable offer for my vehicle. I also fell in love with a vehicle they had on the lot; I was looking for it everywhere but everywhere else it was overly priced. Here they had the lowest price and because they offered me such a good price on my trade in and had their vehicle listed very reasonably, I was able to buy the car. It’s day 4 of owning the car, it runs absolutely great and I have no concern. I’m glad I brought my business here, I will definitely be back.

  Walked in to buy a family car on a whim. Reza, Ali and Hector were all honest, friendly, and didn't pressure us into a vehicle. We got a great used car for a good deal. Not to mention they all have great personalities and treated us like family. Second purchase from them and we are quite pleased.

  My husband and I bought a 2009 Dodge Journey from Import Auto World recently. When I test drove it, I noticed the breaks were squealing and I heard a faint clicking sound. I could not tell exactly what it was. I wasn't too sure this was the car for me, but my hubby really wanted it, and we really needed another vehicle. I told the salesperson (I won't name names) that I thought there was a break issue. We ended up deciding to purchase the car with the agreement that he would have the breaks checked before we came back with a cashier's check. He shook my hand and we did the paperwork. When we came back he had not had anything checked. Instead, he looked at them himself and said it's just break dust. It still has at least 40% break pad left, and that is all they are legally required for. I wasn't really happy about that, and in hindsight, should have walked away. Later, I took it to the mechanic that I already trusted. It turns out that the breaks were done badly in the first place. It needed all new roters, new pads, struts and a few other problems. I just bought this car, and I had to pay $1200 in repairs and I barely drove it. The salesperson asked me to give him a great review. He told me to come to him first if I have any issues. He also shook my hand and lied to my face. I don't trust the company to do the repairs, so I did not talk to them before leaving this review.
