  • I bought a couch and a mattress a year ago. I feel like the customer service was great while I was looking but once I purchased no one was concerned with assisting me anymore. During the delivery some damage was done to a light fixture and some other small items were knocked over. I sent photos and called for assistance several times it was like pulling teeth. Also prices are on the high side not to have any warranty.
