  • Be very careful when buying a used car here; they're not honest. Check the car very thoroughly before buying it, or if possible, go somewhere else!. I bought a Scion XB. Vic, one of the salespeople, helped me. After I bought it, he kindly offered to replace one of the headlights because the hood wasn't closing properly, something I noticed After buying the car, it started vibrating more and more. Then I discovered an oil leak when I did a complete maintenance check after buying it. The spark plugs were wet I had to replace the engine gasket, but it didn't end there. After changing the oil, I discovered the car was consuming it, and after the second oil change, it was consuming it even more! After taking it to Toyota, I discovered it had an expired 2021 recall for defective pistons in those years of Scion XBs. Now I'm in debt for a car It's useless and would cost a lot to repair not only do I have debt problems, but legal action will also cost me time in this lousy car lot. Vic's reply: You bought it as is. This way they make fraudulent disguised sales and it becomes more difficult to sue them.

It wasn’t about selling a car but how you can make a customer happy with their purchase. You know the whole “used car salesman vibe”?. You won’t get that from Vic.
