  • I've dreaded the process of getting a (new to me) vehicle but the time came & after doing a little digging online, I found the kind folks at Ruby Motors. After selecting a few cars to test drive, I made an appointment and Julio was easy going, sincere & did not try at any point to talk me into anything- just answered questions honestly & let me drive. The car's immaculate condition, clean carmax report & fair pricing sold itself & Tasney made the paperwork side of things a breeze between me and my credit union. I did not anticipate walking in and out with a vehicle in less than 2 hours, but it was that easy. They gave me an offer on my broken down Honda that I fully anticipated getting nothing for & came to get it from my house which was not particularly nearby, which felt like an above and beyond move. I took a stack of business cards (on my own, I might add) because this experience eliminated a lot of my anxiety and discomfort about this sort of financial leap. Good, honest business people deserve to stay in business 👌🏻

  • This was hands down the best experience I've had buying a car. Tasney and Julio were great to work with and made the process so simple and easy. I had a very specific vehicle I was looking for and they had one. As an out of state buyer I didn't get the chance to see the car ahead of time, but they were very detailed in response to the questions I had. I flew up on a Tuesday morning to purchase it and drive it home. It was everything they said it was and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The 10 hour drive home was excellent and we've now had the car for over a week and are so happy with it. I will gladly buy from them again if I get the opportunity.
