  I'm never happy when I have to take one of my broken devices here for repair, but I am comforted by the fact that I am going to get back a working phone and excellent customer service. Here they are honest about your options and expected outcomes. My family has saved so much on cancelling phone insurance and taking our phones here to get fixed instead (although you might still need insurance if your phone is lost or stolen). This last time I was in with a broken screen, they were so super helpful and patient and even offered a free fix on a smaller issue. They provide repair service on other devices as well, like laptops, tablets, computers, speakers, headphones, etc. They also sell refurbished items. I haven't bought anything here yet, but with the excellent service I have had on all of our devices, I would guess they are in great shape.

  Broke my phone, few minutes later my screen came right off, the internal ribbons were cut. ITech fixed it in 30 minutes at an affordable price. 5 stars. Highly recommend.
