  This place is honestly one of the worst places you could ever consider buying a car from. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. From the moment you start communicating with them, it becomes clear that there is a serious lack of professionalism and understanding when it comes to how customers expect to be treated. The staff seem to lack basic communication skills and do not respect people's time at all. One of the biggest concerns about this dealership is the condition and history of many of their vehicles. It appears that a large percentage of the cars on their lot are salvage vehicles, which is something buyers should absolutely be aware of before doing business here. If you take the time to read through their reviews, you will notice a pattern of customers raising similar concerns and complaints about the types of vehicles they sell and the lack of transparency surrounding them. Another frustrating issue is how they handle inquiries. Instead of answering simple questions over the phone or providing clear details about a vehicle beforehand, they will often tell you to come in person. For many people, this means driving across town, taking time out of their day, and rearranging their schedule just to get basic information that could have easily been communicated beforehand. There are many other dealerships that value transparency, honesty, and customer time far more than what you will experience here.   I wanted to buy a car. I had an appointment. I filled out a pre approval online as I wanted to get financing. No one told me my app wasn't approved. They let me drive all the way to Tracy, and then when I got there, I said I had an appointment, and they were about to have me fill out another form for financing. When I told them I already did, they check and come out, "Nope not approved." I ask them if they had another finance company to work with. "Nope." Very rude. Because I had more money for the down payment, but they didn't bother to ask. And I left. And I did buy a car. Elsewhere.
