  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We drove 2 hours from San Diego for this Yukon, and it was worth every mile. It started with George, who called us almost immediately after we submitted our inquiry online — that kind of responsiveness told us a lot before we even walked in the door. When we arrived, George was busy with another customer, but he made sure we were taken care of by introducing us to Deshan, and that’s where the experience really took off. Deshan gave us genuinely the best customer service we’ve experienced buying a car. We test drove the Yukon, and even though other customers were interested in seeing it, Deshan held the keys for us and made sure we had every chance to make our decision without pressure. The manager, Frank Vizcarra, came over and introduced himself personally — he didn’t even ask what car we were there for. He just wanted to know us. That told us everything about how this dealership operates. There happened to be a birthday being celebrated in the office that day, and they even gave us a cupcake. We were offered water not once but twice. Little things, but they add up to a dealership that actually cares about people, not just closing deals. Paperwork was smooth and easy, and before we knew it we were signing for our new car. Honestly, buying a car was not what we planned to do that day — but between the incredible customer service and an amazing vehicle, we walked out with a brand new Yukon SLT. Deshan even had a pink bow for us to borrow for our final photo. If you’re looking for a new or used car, it is worth the drive to California Motors Direct Montclair.
