Mark jumped up to help us when we first arrived and was very friendly and professional through out our entire interaction. We addressed our concerns and they responded with excellent solutions. Kifa made us feel like a part of the CMD family. He entertained my children while my husband and I were discussing our purchase with Mark.   • The BEST car experience my husband and I have had! I am so happy we bought with Steven L. and Johnny here! We made the drive from Palm Springs because they were so great! From the website to the warranty, working with them was so EASY. To be fair, I am a consumer who researchers and knew what car we wanted going in. We were able to work together over the phone and have everything to sign when we got there, NO HIDDEN FEES! They told us about the lojac, the coating, warranty and even with choosing our options, the price was right and told to us before we got there. We walked in and the mini was exactly like the pictures. We inspect, test drove and signed. Johhny in finance was so fantastic and really is a wonderful person to work with. A straight shooter with a good heart just like Steven L. in sales. I think leaving reviews when you have a great experience is more important than leaving a bad one. We had such a good experience that every time we look at the car, were just so happy. There was no silly back and forth about bs, they had a great price for the car AND handled the EV credit. When you need a vehicle, go see them and they'll make it a wonderful experience you'll look back on. We'll be back when we need another vehicle for sure! Thank you so much guys!!
