  Just bought a 2021 Tundra Crewmax from Kristopher. Rebuilt title but fixed perfectly! He provided the VIN for the carfax and all the pictures of the dame prior to coming in. This thing after repair is showroom condition. With a clean title it bluebooks for 40k and I got it for 25k. I beyond pleased. Had to wait a few days for my check to come in at work to put money down. He kindly excepted 200$ to hold it until I had the deposit. Transaction was smooth as silk!

  Went to buy the SILVER 2013 TOYOTA TACOMA, signed the finance paperwork. Everything checked out, until one month later, I crawl under the truck to find the frame crinkled up, as if it had frame damage. Did some research, needless to the say the truck had been totaled in the state of Tennessee. At this point, I contacted the finance company, my insurance and the DMV to inform them of what was going on. Kristopher wouldn’t communicate then. Once he got wind, he sent a tow truck to my work to take the truck on a Tuesday afternoon. He in fact did not get the truck that day. They did slap a disposable GPS tracker on. He had planned on taking the truck and keeping my 2 thousand dollar deposit. He then started to communicate, cause he wanted the truck back, which rightfully it was his at the point because neither me or my finance company wanted to finance a “salvaged” titled vehicle. My insurance company also didn’t want to, after finding this out due to it being a liability issue on the salvage title. Fast forward to Saturday, I drive up to the dealership to exchange the truck for my down payment deposit. I parked, I locked the truck, he tried to get in. He then argues with me telling me the truck can be bought from Tennessee and he can legally slap a new bumper/ bed on and sell it as a clean title. I told him I’m not giving him the truck if he doesn’t give me my money. He calls his “boss” or lack thereof to talk. As I’m trying to leave the dealership, his “boss” barricades the entrance in another truck to where I cannot leave the dealership. I demanded my money back and told him, I would be contacting the police if he didn’t want to return my money. He then gave me my money back, which in turn, I returned the keys to him. He’s had to have done this numerous times. He also canceled the registration/tag request before I could make it to the DMV to get the permanent tag because he knew it wouldn’t show up in the system as a clean titled truck. The dealership is bad news, as well as the salesman. I hope if you read this, you choose to find another dealership to purchase a vehicle at. Kristopher is a scammer and V&V Auto Solutions is a scam. I would’ve gave them 0 stars, but I didn’t have that option.

  6/1/2026 saw listed vehicle, said I was coming went there my salesman gone for the day but , test drove, filled credit app, Got approved, was discussing down payment options with salesman. He had to call boss to confirm numbers. I waited for return call …. He then responded the boss wants to wait to show it to another customer. Horrible way to run a business! Waist of 2.5 hr drive, half a day waiting on vehicle. Will be posting on BBB , will now not accept there asking price/ false advertising !
