  • *UPDATE* My experience with this dealership began with significant challenges involving confusing paperwork, communication issues, and a major dispute over the final loan balance. However, after escalating the matter, the management team ultimately honored a settlement agreement that put an end to the confusion. I was able to purchase the vehicle for the final agreed-upon amount of $500, and the process of getting the title released to me yesterday was quick and straightforward. While the original sales and loan process was highly frustrating, I am satisfied that the dealership was able to finalize the settlement terms without further complication. This review reflects the successful resolution of the dispute, not the initial sales experience.
