  • Vicente and his crew were absolutely helpful with all our questions and made us feel like family which made our process of buying our car go by much faster. Thank you Bahia Auto Sale for such great service.

  • Vicente and Juan are fair people. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with both of the vehicles i purchased. They went above and beyond to help me finance both vehicles. It was a 2013 Explorer and 2015 Ford Transit. Both Vehicles didnt last me a year before they both needed major work. The explorer started smoking the second week i had it. I took it back and they repaired it. 2 months in and it already needed all the motor mounts i called and they only replaced 1 mount. Then the car started jolting and would enter a limp mode and a warning sign would pop up saying Terrain system management fault and would turn off mid traffic. I called and they said they couldnt help me because the warranty that had come with the vehicle had already expired. They advised to take it to ford but the cost was ridiculous. 7 months into having the Explorer and both turbos went out on it. It was $2,400 to replace both plus parts. lastly the wheel bearings were already starting to fail. I was super frustrated and already fed up on how much time and money the car was taking. I had to let the bank reposses it because it was a constant repair with it. It sat for nearly 2 months until the bank repoed it. I decided to give them another try because they had been so helpful with the finance but not the repairs. I thought i would had better luck. I financed a 2014 Ford Transit. Everything was going smooth for 4 months until all of a sudden it started overheating. I took it to get looked at and it needed a thermostat and a couple of radiator hoses. The following month the radiator fans stopped working and it would overheat. Again i had to spend $600 dollars to repair it plus parts. The following week 2 hoses popped and the resorvoir tank burst. All the coolant flushed out and created a huge smoke cloud and couldnt drive it. I had to get the van towed to my mechanic again. I paid $400 for labor and parts. Lastly after i thought everything was okay it wasnt. One morning headed to work with my family the van suddenly clunks and turns off. Once again i called my insurance to tow the van to my mechanic. He says the engine is blown and i ask how if i been keeping up with all oil changes and repairs. He said the engine had consumed the oil. I called bahia auto sales and they said they couldnt do nothing except get me a discount on a new motor. They said they were going to ask around and let me know. Until this date they never gave me a call. I let One Main know the situation and they said they couldnt help. I let the van get repoed as well because i had put so much money into it i had moved two payments to the back of the loan. I was carless for 4 weeks until i could save up to get another car for my family. All in all i suggest doing a thorough inspection on the cars purchased there. After reading some of the reviews on them i can see i wasnt the only one. I will NEVER recommend or buy another car from bahia auto sales again.
