  • Where do I start Fontana Motors Direct is an awesome Car DealerShip. First of all let's start with their Customer Service which is so awesome, when I first started talking with Raymond B. K. A ray ray, was on 12-30-2025 over the phone to set up an appointment to come in but over the phone he was so pleasant and helpful. 2nd Person I had the pleasure to work with was Thomas king . Once I made it to Fontana Motors Direct Car Dealership I met up with him he was so kind and so pleasant. Now remind you I was supposed to meet up with Raymond but he was assisting another customer which was fine. But again working with Thomas king was awesome. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Trax LS fwd ,I really wanted the Hyundai Kona but it didn't work with the bank so I had to choose something else,which was ok. Thomas king he was so patient , kind, and stayed in contact with me to make sure that I had everything needed to do the transaction. It went so smooth . And not to mention working with Mr. Austin the finance manager he was another good one he works with you to make it work. So After I purchased my car I took my boo back there to purchase his car he ended getting a 2021 Chevy traverse it's nice 🙂 it is what he wanted.. just to sum it up every one that we came in contact with was good, kind, courteous, patient and most important Honest they won't waste your time.. they are truly a good Company to purchase your vehicle from.   • THEY SCAM PEOPLE!! Nothing is the same price as there website or Facebook marketplace place! I’ve had a 4 hours drive to go there cuz the guy give a price on the phone about the car and when I arrived there everything was 3 times the prices they have lot of cars that’s true but they’re SCAMMERS!!! The car do I wanted was $11000 when I arrived there the car become $23000 don’t go there I finished paying Ubers more than $200 to come back home because of this scammers
