  A car advertised through CarGurus was on the market by Rollit Motors, I called Dealership by phone.The car was not available, but my salesman named Darian, was very transparent and pressure free helped me find a car. I described what I needed in a car and what I was looking at the Rollit Motors car website. when I got the car, I wanted it delivered to me. My car had a star and chip crack that were both small on Front window of car. Bob, who managed the car lot assured me they don’t sell cars with cracked windshield So I submitted receipt from having crack glass sealed or fixed and as a result Rollit Motors mailed me A check for glass windshield to be fixed. I love my Car and purchase experience thank you I hope if ever looking for another car on the market again someday I can go to experience Rollit Motors in Mesa, Arizona as a customer for the full experience in person, Thank you again.

  Prior to purchase, I was assured by Rollit Motors dealership that the Toyota C-HR was in near perfect condition, with a little over 17,000 miles. I saw no key fob in the photos, and was told by Rollit Motors dealership they would make a key fob before delivery, and include the key fob in the agreed upon price at no extra charge. The dealer also said the mechanic had inspected the vehicle and it had been cleaned and detailed as well. My new car was delivered filthy, with a passenger door that doesn't close flush, undisclosed dents and scratches, and a pronounced shimmy due to tires that needed balance, rotation and alignment. The car also did not come with even one key fob. There is only a “valet key” which does not allow keyless entry or utilization of the car’s alarm system. To date, the dealership has not provided a keyfob, or reimbursed the cost of the tire balance, rotation & alignment required to safely operate the vehicle at highway speed. Their offer of $350 (which I have not received) will not even cover the price of a proper keyfob for my personal safety and for the ability to activate the car’s alarm. I have not been treated fairly or honestly, and once Rollit Motors dealership had my money, they stopped taking my calls. I do not recommend purchasing from them.
