To all the reviews… honestly, you need to have realistic expectations when purchasing a car and going to ANY dealership. Being aware of your credit situation, being aware of vehicle mark ups, add ons.. and overall look at the big picture. Are you still getting a good deal. From the moment we got there we were greeted, and Gonzalo helped us out. He was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. I came in for the 2021 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, list price was 14,995 online. The reality is, this car was marked below average price, so if I could get that car for under 20, I was happy. They 100% made that happen and they were professional, and transparent with the fees and how they could help us. The vehicle was just as shown in the pictures, super clean and well taken care of. I am super happy with my purchase and our experience. The dealership is nice, clean, theater seats with a TV, waters and coffee available.. it was a long process but we were comfortable and the vibe was relaxed. Thank you Gonzalo for an excellent experience through it all!
Joey did a great job assisting me and helping me Throughout the whole process, not only was he great at that but he was also very funny making us feel comfortable at the dealership throughout the whole process. Joey was very helpful and responsive not only in person but over the phone as well even through text! This is the guy you want when you throughout your process!
We drove from National City, about 5 minutes from the border, all the way here to this dealership because a friend recommended it. At first everything seemed fine, and we were told that the vehicle we were going to purchase was at the Ford dealership because it hadn’t passed the SMOG test. We went on a Friday (Ford service is closed on Saturdays and Sundays). On Saturday, they called us saying that my wife and I were approved. Like any customer, we were excited—especially knowing the vehicle would be for our upcoming business venture. On Monday, we were told it had “passed SMOG”… but we ended up completely disappointed. Why? We hadn’t even driven 70 miles when the truck’s check engine light came on. It showed 6–7 codes (coils, spark plugs, catalytic converter). HOW is it possible that it passed SMOG, and without even driving 150–200 miles, all these codes and issues suddenly appeared? Parts that clearly are not working? What was supposed to be a 2.5-hour trip turned into a 5-hour nightmare, and we had to leave the truck parked far from our home. Please make sure to thoroughly check the vehicles ahead of time. We hope this dealership will resolve this issue. Thank you for your attention.
