  • I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in November and it has been a slight rodeo. Within weeks, I had to bring the car back for shock repairs, and shortly after that the engine began overheating out of nowhere. I dropped the vehicle off and didn’t hear a word for four days, only to be told the engine locked up and now they want $2,900 to repair or replace it. Let’s be clear: I just bought this car, put $2,000 down, and now I’m being told I’m responsible for a blown engine. There is no way this engine failed like this without pre-existing problems. This vehicle was clearly sold with serious issues, and now they’re trying to squeeze more money out of me—conveniently during the holiday season. This place sells lemons, takes zero accountability, and leaves customers stuck with the damage. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Do not waste your time or your money here. Overall the salesperson was good nothing against them but it’s the services department they are CON Update yes you got the right one. The car was overheating I called you the moment it did and parked the vehicle. I own 2 other cars. So literally was no need to keep driving a vehicle overheating. You sound like a broken record repeating the same old song about a hose. You have been caught boo. Lies God doesn’t like ugly. You reap what you sow. Have a good day!

  • I have yet to come to your facility, and overall I'm highly impressed with your reviews. There's absolutely not a place that won't have one offs, things happen. Occasionally, you may have a vehicle with problems as long as that isn't the norm. I will agree with one of clients, with some of the responses. Some seem extremely defensive and combative. It's never a good feeling when it seems you've been accurately accused. However, taking the higher road acknowledging/validating that person would propel your already impressive reviews. Perhaps they are exaggerating some, they could have had a bad day as we all do at times your response could be the catalyst that changes their day. They may rethink their review realizing it was out of emotions and revise the review. Just a suggestion to consider.... We all have room for improvement. Perhaps I'll meet you soon!
