  I’ve purchased multiple cars throughout my 46yrs of living whether it was a through a private owner or dealership and I have to HONESTLY say this has been by far THE BEST dealership I have EVER purchased from. Jazmin Galicia is hands down the best salesperson ever, and what I mean by best is that she knew every detail about each car that she showed me. Usually if one go to a car lot there’s little knowledge about the car that the salesperson is trying to sell you, but oh no, not this salesperson. She knew every single detail about the car and educated me on every detail that her precious time would allow. She was patient (but timely), kind, knowledgeable, considerate(offered snacks and drinks while waiting), very honest may I add….i mean the professionalism was off the charts. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a car and I could tell that it mattered to her whether I would be happy with my purchase and oh happy I am. She found the PERFECT CAR(SUV actually) for me. Looooove it doooown. It was kind of hard to choose due to the awesome options the dealership has, but she actually found the one that was perfect for ME. Brian Matthew’s were just as helpful. He made sure that my purchase was reasonable and fair, for that I am forever greatful. He’s like a numbers God or something…very cool and experienced in what he does. Let’s not forget, the setting inside the dealership was super clean, warm, and inviting. My family, friends, and coworkers can’t get enough of my new purchase. I mean I can’t blame them it’s a great purchase lol. Anywho they’ve earned a customer for life. I highly recommend this dealership to whomever is looking to purchase a car/truck, believe me when I say it’ll be totally worth it.

  The best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. This was my second purchase from Classic, and I worked with the same rep, Jeff—which says a lot about Classic’s consistency and long-tenured team. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely invested in my experience. From making sure the vehicle was the right fit to walking me through financing, it truly felt like everyone was working in my best interest. Sincere thanks to the entire Classic Arlington team, especially David, Jeff, and Brandon. I’ll absolutely be back for purchase number three and beyond.

  I truly cannot overstate how remarkable our salesman, Jeff Trautman, was throughout the entire experience. His patience, kindness, and authentic concern for our needs went far beyond anything anyone could reasonably expect. He didn’t just guide us through a purchase he created an experience that we will remember with gratitude. Jeff represents the very best of what real customer service should be. He didn’t simply earn my business; he earned my trust. And because of the way he treated my family, he has our loyalty for life. I won’t consider buying a vehicle from anyone else. Classic is incredibly fortunate to have someone of Jeff’s character and dedication on their team. He deserves every bit of recognition for the exceptional way he cares for people.
