  • I had a great experience at betancourt, they had a variety of cars available and the price range is really good. The salesman Eric was great, explained everything about the car and was completely honest with me. They also don’t have any dealer fee which is a plus. Everyone who works there is nice. Shoutout to Eric, Mary and Adriana for their help.

  • BUYER BEWARE!!! I just purchased a car from these people and was told that it needed a new muffler and that the AC needed a minor fix. I don't know what they consider minor, but it cost me $4,574 for all of the repairs that the car actually needed! The repairs were made by a company that has been servicing my vehicles for years and I know them to be trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake that I did! FOLLOW UP: These are the documents that I sent. The replay was "good" with a smiley face.

  • When you buying a used car you just have to know that it might come with issues so always do your research before purchasing and have the car checked out by a mechanic. The staff here was really straightforward and I thought that the prices were fair. Make sure that you ask for Alberto he’s an amazing salesman and worked with me to find something in my budget.
