  We live only about 10 mins from this location, after searching all over Houston looking for a cash car for my 16 yr old. We stopped by Uptown motors. My son had bought his first car a BMW X3, 3 years ago, from Uptown and it’s still going strong. She test drove a couple of cars in her price range, and settled on a Cadillac ATS, Angello, was super patient with us, especially around the holidays, because the bank put a hold on my daughters funds. He placed a courtesy hold on the car while we worked with the bank. He continued to work with us and she was able to purchase a nice clean car she is very proud of. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you for your patience with us, and making the buying process incredibly easy.

  I had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Mazda3 from Uptown Imports. The car itself is in excellent condition and drives perfectly. What really stood out was the communication – the team was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly, making the process smooth and stress-free. Definitely a positive experience!

  Had an appointment for 10am 12/27 to look at a 2019 Mercedes Metris. We drove an hour to come look at this vehicle. We walked onto the lot and found the front door on our own since no one was there to greet us. We walked in and the receptionist greeted us (she was very polite and professional) however NO ONE ELSE came out to greet us in the 30 minutes we were there. When we asked to see the Metris the receptionist said they had just started pulling out vehicles and it would be approximately 10 minutes. If someone has an appointment for a specific vehicle in the morning why would you park it in the back behind 45 other vehicles? We left at 10:30 and they still hadn’t gotten to the Metris to pull it out. My husband took a look inside the Metris and was confused as to why the airbag light was on. The front bumper was misaligned and the left front fender was also misaligned. This car was advertised as Car Fax certified but Uptown Imports didn’t list ANY of the issues I listed above. People driving an hour would like to know if the airbag light is on before driving all the way out there. Absolutely a disappointing experience, would not recommend.
