  No one enjoys going through the car buying experience...however for the first time I can honestly say this was enjoyable. From the helpfulness from Lydia, to the conversation and transparency of the buy with Narius this was truly a 5 star experience. I've always bought my cars from bigger dealerships, that has changed today. We are thrilled for our son for driving away with a truck that he loves.

  I had a wonderful experience shopping with uptown imports. I worked with Lydia and Angelo, who were very patient and easy-going during the sales process. They were immediately attentive upon arrival and had everything prepared for me since we had discussed the deal over the phone prior to coming in there was no haggling or unnecessary time wasted I test drove a 2019 Porsche Cayenne. It was so beautiful and clean all service records were up-to-date. They were very transparent about the Carfax and even allowed me. To take the car to a mechanic that was 10 minutes away to get a pre-purchase inspection before buying. the inspection ended up being great I came back signed the papers and close the deal.   We live only about 10 mins from this location, after searching all over Houston looking for a cash car for my 16 yr old. We stopped by Uptown motors. My son had bought his first car a BMW X3, 3 years ago, from Uptown and it’s still going strong. She test drove a couple of cars in her price range, and settled on a Cadillac ATS, Angello, was super patient with us, especially around the holidays, because the bank put a hold on my daughters funds. He placed a courtesy hold on the car while we worked with the bank. He continued to work with us and she was able to purchase a nice clean car she is very proud of. Would definitely buy from them again. Thank you for your patience with us, and making the buying process incredibly easy.
