  • Wonderful company and customer service! From requesting an online estimate to completion of the work, everything was professionally handled. Aisha and Jeff were both incredible helping me to get a nema 14-50 plug installed for a Tesla Mobile Connector Home Charger. I received a quick accurate estimate and the next day it was installed. Communication was wonderful and the installation only took Jeff an hour. Jeff was so helpful with presenting options and ideas. I am so happy with the product installed and the price. Much better than any of the numerous estimates I received from other companies. I felt confident going with this company after reading so many positive Yelp reviews, and I’ll be more than happy to add a positive review to show my appreciation.

  • I had a great experience with SmartPlug EV today. Jeff and his partner came out to check whether my electrical panel could handle a new EV charger installation. After inspecting everything, he let me know my panel would work and said they could start the installation the same day. They were quick, efficient, and completed the job in just a few hours. Everything was cleaned up afterward, and they took the time to walk me through setting up the charger with the phone app before leaving. Very professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend SmartPlug EV if you’re looking for an EV charger installation.

  • Smart Plug EV was honestly so amazing with their overall service. Not just in their installation but their customer service as well. I contacted Mario for a Tesla charger installation and they walked me through the whole process and helped me out with everything from permits to installation. I had some incentives to help out that Edison and RYR offered and Mario and Aisha handled all my requests amazingly. I got a whole new panel upgrade and tesla charger installed where I wanted and at a great price for all the work they did. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough and would definitely hire them again for any electrician needs.
