  Hooray for Asal. I had reached out to many dealerships prior to reaching H&A Auto Sales. With one call; one voice I was hooked and over joyed getting someone who was about making sure I was happy with a purchase. So, off I went on a 2 hour and 44 minute drive to Ontario. Upon arrival at the dealership I was not disappointed; Asal greeted me by name before I had a chance to greet her. Our transaction was quick and satisfying-no drawn out sales pitch. Maria was also delightful to work with in getting all my paperwork together. Heads up to the owner as he was so accommodating about taking care of of my petty issues with the car. The car runs perfectly and the price was right😆 Thanks again H&A.

  The car I got from here has been giving issues since the day I got it off the lot. It was definitely NOT worth it. The car should have been less than what I got it for. I still need to pay it off so I am stuck paying for a car that is not dependable. I have spending hundreds of dollars in repairs. Definitely will not recommend to anyone to come here for a used car. This car should have gotten a complete inspection because it has a bunch of issues that should have been taken care when the dealership purchased the vehicle from whoever they got it from. My old car was older and it didn't start giving me issues until 3 years in and it was issues from the car being old and needing those replacements not issues like this car. Edit: owner stated that they can not find my name in the database and that is because for privacy reasons, I am not going to use my legal name on a Google review and than get harassed for sharing my experience. I was not told to get a pre-inspection before handing over my money. Pre-inspection would have additional money out of my pocket. Here I thought that dealerships ensure that they have good cars in the lot. I was told that after leaving the lot is no longer part of the dealership's responsibility to fix the car and it now becomes my problem. It is my right as an actual customer to share my real experience. Customer service was great but the car is horrible.
