  I had a great experience with Westcoast Auto Center from start to finish. I purchased a Maserati from them and the entire team was extremely helpful, professional, and transparent throughout the process. They worked with me to get me a great deal and made everything smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was their after-sale support. About 7 months later, I experienced a few issues with the car, and even then, they didn’t hesitate to help me out. They were responsive, honest, and made sure everything was handled properly, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. It’s rare to find a dealership that continues to support you long after the sale. I really appreciate their professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend Westcoast Auto Center to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service.

  This last Friday 12/12 I went to test drive a truck that I was interested in. On 12/13 I brought my significant other to test drive the truck. We got all the paper work we needed to purchase the truck. We just needed the dealership to fill out the purchase order to give to the bank. After negotiating price on the truck, we were assured that this process was quick so we could make it to the bank before they closed. The bank was 3 mins down the road from the dealership. This process in fact was not quick. This process took forever and we were unable to make it to the bank. This was due to the salesman not knowing how to use the computer system and not know how to speak or type In English and continuously needing help and other salesmen interpret what he is trying to say to us. We still signed the purchase order, the two salesmen told and assured both my partner and I not to worry and the truck is ours and we can pick it up on Monday. Later on Saturday evening my partner got a call from the dealership saying that they sold the truck. I do not trust these people one bit. They lied straight to our face. After getting the call we decided to look at review of this place and I wish we looked on Yelp sooner so we didn’t waste our time. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to do business with liars.

  I had 5 different car lots to go see that day and West Coast was my 1st stop. I went to buy a 200 M. I said I had a budget and I'm sticking to it, test drove the car I wanted originally and then another until they showed me the BMW. I was sold, and they made the numbers work to my top dollar. Best used car purchase in years... I'll be back for sure.
