Went and test drove a 2011 Mustang here and took it home that same hour. The staff were fantastic, and very kind. We really appreciated everyone who was helping us out. Everything was fast, efficient, and we got a really nice car at an amazing price. Will look here again for my next car purchase.
Had an amazing customer experience with V(Vince). Not only being present, knowledgeable and ambitious to help from start to finish, he was completely honest and personable. If there is any more praise to give this employee, then that’s what he deserves. Definitely a 5 star service.
I have been working with Bush from West Coast auto and he has been AMAIZING! best customer service. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me a car, he made sure I loved it. Got a Range Rover and he made sure all the little flaws I wanted fixed was done he even washed the car and cleaned the inside before I came to get it!
