About 7 months later, I experienced a few issues with the car, and even then, they didn’t hesitate to help me out. They were responsive, honest, and made sure everything was handled properly, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. It’s rare to find a dealership that continues to support you long after the sale. I really appreciate their professionalism and integrity.   These guys are great. I recently stopped in with my husband because we are just starting our shopping. We are an older couple, so the process is a little anxiety inducing 🥺. However, comong here we were welcomed with open arms. There is a new manager there, Vince and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable in his field and not pushy whatsoever. Definition of prefessionalism and actually thinking of his customer. My husband and I still have some things to think about, but Vince and West Coast Auto definitely have earned my business in the very near future!! Highly recommended

Even though we didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle this time, Vince took the time to walk us through every step, answer all of our questions, and make sure we understood our options. He was patient, honest, and never made us feel pressured. That level of service really stood out to us. When we’re ready to buy, we’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Vince.
