  Fast and easy. Found this place online. I needed a phone urgent. Came here got good vibes, nothing sketchy. Mint phone condition and I was out in 10 minutes or less. The guy was super friendly and helped me understand my purchase to the fullest with all details. Thank you!

  I just wanted simple no frills head phones to listen to music while walking my dogs. I have other headphones at home that I don't particularly want to use to walk my dogs. I purchase simple headphones for $9.99 but the left unit didn't work. I tried to return them along with a second item that didn't work. I spent approximately $50 on 3 items, not a huge purchase but I would expect to be able to use them, at least for a short amount of time. My return would have been about $25. I was offered to exchange for the same product or get STORE CREDIT in the amount of $2.36! I asked the owner to let me return the items to him and I would come back tomorrow when I had more time to think about a different product choice. My options were limited due to the make/model of my phone. He refused. I HAD to make an decision since the owner was unwilling to compromise on part of the transaction. My options were to select something I didn't need/want or leave with faulty products/no products. $2.36 does NOT equal a full refund of $25. If you want to donate money to a not great cause, you can do that at the Phoenix Cell House. In addition to this experience the owner replied to my review of his business and told me that if I wanted a product that worked I should have chose something more expensive. NOT GOOD BUSINESS SENSE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SIR!

  100% JUNK! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I purchased earbuds, an auxiliary cable and a dash mount ...the auxiliary cable didn't work at all. The left earbud didn't work at all. The mount is great, I like it. I tried to return the defective items a couple days later (with receipt and original packaging, undamaged, never successfully used) and was told by the owner that the computer didn't allow him to issue a refund nor a store credit greater than $2.36! I was there for way too long trying to reason with this man. HORRIBLE quality and even WORSE treatment from the owner!! The expectation of purchasing products that I can actually use is an unheard of concept in this store. If I were to make somwthing out of Playdoh I would have a better product than what's being sold at this store!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I didn't want to exchange for the same cheap product(s)! I was willing to upgrade but there were no options to upgrade to. And he was visibly upset with me!!! Sadly I was happy to support a local small business, it just didn't work out.
