  • Went there to buy a truck, and salesman Daniel couldn't answer basic questions about the truck. Was still very interested in the truck, but he would not take the time to negotiate on price or even try to get us financing, which he said they offer. He messaged me a week later, saying he got approval to lower price, and once again, I told him I was interested. I pointed out a few items that were broken on the truck, and he acted like a child because we wanted them fixed before purchasing the truck. Im 6'5, and my wife is 5'6, so yea, I kind of need the adjustable pedals to work. I told him Im over looking multiple interior and exterior flaws but would like a couple items fixed. He ended up blocking me after going on a rant about how Ill never find a truck like this. Very unprofessional. * edit KBB as described Excellent condition "Looks new and is in excellent mechanical condition" this vehicle has dented front bumper, tailgate, bed in multiple locations, dented inner bed, faded clear coat, faded paint, damaged drivers seat, damaged arm rest, faded leather on all door panels, yellowing headlights. This truck is as described by KBB in Good condition "Has repairable cosmetic defects and mechanical problems" which puts this truck 4k over blue book of "lowered" price. After all that I told Daniel three times I would buy it but he wanted to act like a child because he said he would fix the pedals and ONE out of the FOUR broken heated seats because and I quote "An additional cost to them" You'd think since the truck has been on their lot going on seven months they wouldn't play games like blocking people

  • Bought a truck from them cash Test drive went great. Sadly 50 miles into home, check engine light on, once truck was fully heated - transmission was fried, turbo clogged, I could go on…. Friendly, yes, welcoming sure! But a test drive - 10-30 mins … can’t tell much especially a diesel. Wish I could have more time to go over the truck - 14k cost me an additional 5 thousand dollars of my own personal parts and labor! Thankfully I know how to work on diesels! Do I recommend? No…. If you know what you’re doing, go for it. Should have fought for a few thousand less…. Everything was changed fluid prior, oil, trans etc…. Was changed …. Worked for test drives, got 100 miles away, check engine light came on and it ended up costing me 5000$ with my own labor. You take a risk buying used - private or dealer. Do not recommend …. !!!!!!!! I just wish this company and individual was more honest. Truck runs great not, but again, 5k later…. So thankful I work on my own vehicles. Parts replaced; Transmission Valve body and solenoids - plus trans fluid and filters Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning of Exhaust pressure sensor clean out Cleaning my of VGT Turbo Fuel tank full of water ( filters included ) AC compressor leaking ( filled with Freon and Stop leak ) Freon was literally leaking out of compressor body once serviced Bad call on me, trusting such a person / dealer Just be honest - I have looked at over 50 trucks to purchase for my business, but I was assured over and over that this was a top performing truck. Didn’t even make it home before the truck went into limp mode and service lights came on. Less Than 78 miles! Buyers beware, auction cars and trucks, no additional information will be shared / they will send them to a local shop and change fluids - after that - you are on your own. I should have seen the warning signs, but I was dumbfounded. My fault for sure. Lessened learned, do yourself a favor and find another spot to buy a vehicle. I’d rather share my story then to see another person taken advantage of. 50:50 my fault - I should have known better But so should they!

  • I tried to finance with the company they use but they worked with me to find a credit union which ultimately gave me better terms and the van for cheaper. I was able to make an appointment no problem with Cindy and they answered all my questions and provided the Carfax.
