I'm leaving this review based primarily off of experience. I haven't driven the truck much other than my test drive and the 40 minute drive from the dealer back home. Waiting for my title transfer and plates. I will say I'm impressed by their knowledge of diesels and dodge Rams in particular as well as the fact that they automatically install a transmission cooler bypass switch as soon as they get any Ram in. This was something I was planning to do right off the bat but they had already done it. I'll also say I was happy with the overall condition of the truck upon initial drive and purchase. The engine was cold which tells me they weren't trying to hide anything. This is a small family run business which I appreciate. The daughter took me for the test drive and was extremely friendly. The son, Daniel was really great with communication. He was quick to text back even with questions post sale. As long as I have no issues once I put this bad boy to work, I'll leave this review as is.
THEY DO GREAT BUSINESS!! Daniel was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a truck easy and seamless. His expertise in diesel trucks really shone through, and he patiently answered all my questions about various models and their specifications. What stood out most was Daniel's no-pressure approach. He listened to my needs and budget constraints, then guided me towards options that fit my requirements perfectly. The paperwork process was straightforward, and they offered competitive financing options. After the sale, Daniel followed up to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and to address any concerns. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you're ever in the Los Angeles area and are in need of a diesel truck, Daniel is definitely your go-to guy. The combination of their inventory, fair pricing, and Daniel's knowledge makes this dealership a top choice. One word of caution: beware of imitators. In an industry where hidden agendas and unexpected fees are unfortunately common, Superb Auto Sales stands out for their transparency and honesty. In my honest opinion there aren't too many dealers that operate with such integrity. Overall, my truck-buying experience here was exceptional. Five stars!
Went there to buy a truck, and salesman Daniel couldn't answer basic questions about the truck. Was still very interested in the truck, but he would not take the time to negotiate on price or even try to get us financing, which he said they offer. He messaged me a week later, saying he got approval to lower price, and once again, I told him I was interested. I pointed out a few items that were broken on the truck, and he acted like a child because we wanted them fixed before purchasing the truck. Im 6'5, and my wife is 5'6, so yea, I kind of need the adjustable pedals to work. I told him Im over looking multiple interior and exterior flaws but would like a couple items fixed. He ended up blocking me after going on a rant about how Ill never find a truck like this. Very unprofessional. * edit KBB as described Excellent condition "Looks new and is in excellent mechanical condition" this vehicle has dented front bumper, tailgate, bed in multiple locations, dented inner bed, faded clear coat, faded paint, damaged drivers seat, damaged arm rest, faded leather on all door panels, yellowing headlights. This truck is as described by KBB in Good condition "Has repairable cosmetic defects and mechanical problems" which puts this truck 4k over blue book of "lowered" price. After all that I told Daniel three times I would buy it but he wanted to act like a child because he said he would fix the pedals and ONE out of the FOUR broken heated seats because and I quote "An additional cost to them" You'd think since the truck has been on their lot going on seven months they wouldn't play games like blocking people
