  ⚠️ WARNING: Do NOT buy from Brothers Motors ⚠️ This dealership is fraudulent and preys on customers. They scammed me by offering a “special deal” with a deferred down payment. I paid $2,000 upfront, with a $500 balance due in two weeks. Here’s what happened: They knowingly sold me a car with a bad battery, which caused me to miss work. Because of that, I didn’t have the $500 in time. I reached out, but they ignored my messages. Instead, they used the missed payment as an excuse to repossess the car. Even after I explained that the battery issue was their fault, the owner’s son Eddie still went through with the repo. It’s clear this was a setup from the start: they got my $2,000, took the car back, and left me with nothing. 🚫 Don’t fall for their scam. Brothers Motors will take your money, repossess your car, and ruin you financially. Stay far away. Rebuttal to owners response: I can't be in default when the first payment wasn't even due at the time. Furthermore, and I did explain this to you before, your choosing to view the remaining deposit owed as the first payment without informing me is where the fraudulent behavior begins. Add to that the fact that you gave me the car with a bad battery causing me to lose a days worth of work. You were aware that you had a hand in preventing me from being able to make the payment to you within the timeframe agreed upon. When I reached out to you about this, again prior to the date anything was owed, I was ignored and you proceeded with your plan to reposses the vehicle all the same and claiming that id missed my payment. All this proves your behavior was never in good faith and fraudulent and the intent was always to steal the deposit money and then essential take back the car with no losses on your end.
