  We went to Versatile to get a car and spoke with Suleman. He seemed like a nice person. We also went to check out a Mercedes-Benz, and we really liked the car. Before buying, we asked about the car’s condition — especially the tires — and he assured us that the car was in good condition and that everything, including the tires, was fine. We trusted him and decided to purchase the car. However, the very next day, the tire pressure warning came on. When we called Suleman, he told us to just fill the air. We did that, but for the next two to three days, the air kept dropping. When I took the car to Mercedes, they informed me there was a nail in the tire that couldn’t be repaired and that all four tires needed to be replaced, costing around $2000 This was very disappointing — buying a car and immediately having to spend that much doesn’t make sense. He should have been honest and told us the tires needed replacement before we made the purchase. To make matters worse, another message appeared on the screen saying “Restraint system malfunction — service required.” This experience has been very frustrating, and I feel misled. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled and will definitely not recommend Versatile to any of my friends or family.

  Worked with AD in purchasing an ID4 in full, very friendly place with great prices to where you don't have to negotiate all too much on price, yes they are used cars and may have minor cosmetic issues, you get what you pay for, if you want to drop a few extra grand for pristine tires that come with the car from a main dealership go for it, personally id prefer to get one with decent tires that can get me home and drive around for a but like here and then pay a fraction of that to get it replaced myself. Overall a very pleasant experience and they got us in and out within maybe an hour :)

  I just bought my EQE 350 SUV from here. I am pleased to say the staff here is extremely friendly And welcoming with the exception of a young man named hayyan he was not pleasant. But Will the finance guy was able to get me an excellent interest rate and was super helpful throughout the whole process and I appreciate him greatly. Walter and the owner the owner of this lot were very friendly and super helpful as well.. There’s a gentleman by the name of Suleiman, he has such a great spirit about him. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this company to anyone.
