  • After getting turned down everywhere and being asked to put 75% down everywhere, my man Tony, right here at Cal auto net. blessed me with my dream car at a fraction of what everybody was asking for down ,definitely five star dealer. I highly recommend anyone and everyone. Especially if you’ve been turned down everywhere and you’re looking for a luxury and amazing sporty /family car i’m in my dream car thank God for putting these people in my life🙏🙏

  • I purchased a car in March it stopped RUNNING IN MARCH AND THE WARRANTY IS FAKE!!! These people are RACIST ANDS INTENTIONALLY SOLD A CAR WITHOUT A CADILLADIC COVERTER and a faulty transmission! The warranty was denied and they want $5000 out of pocket to REPLACE THE ENGINE!!! I promise you CAL AUTO NET IS SCAMMING PEOPLE! Especially BLACK PEOPLE! The day I drove off the lot the transmission light came on, I went right back they turn it off and said it was fine. They didn’t even do an oil and filter change…. I had to have it changed the first week! I am a stage 4 cancer patient and I spent all my little Savings as a down payment on this crap!!!! I am so disappointed in Cal Auto net I have to spend money to sue so the reclaim isn’t on my credit for 10 yrs. The car has been in the shop since August!!!!!

  • My Fiancee and I went to buy a car yesterday. Tony was the guy who met us in the parking lot, immediately my Fiancee noticed his short winded conversation as he only wanted to talk about numbers first before we even took the car for a test drive. When actually talking about numbers with him for the car that we wanted, he pretended to text his "BOSS" but after texting his so called "BOSS" he showed us the messages and there were only 5 messages in their text thread. Red flag. If you communicate often with your "BOSS" why are there only 5 messages between you two? I believe he simply texted one of his buddies that were there. I should have had him call his "BOSS" and have him put the phone on speaker phone to hear if he actually advocated for us to receive a slightly better price. Moving forward, we actually bought the car, while we were leaving, the actual key that turns the car on fell off from the body of the key while my Fiancee was driving. Not only that, but the key doesn't actually work to lock the doors. So currently while my Fiancee is at work in her new car, she can't lock her doors. When I called today, Tony picked up and I addressed the issue and politely asked would he replace the key or simply fix the issue. I even asked him did he personally check to ensure the key worked and he said yes, but we believe that's a lie as the car door was opened when we first got on the lot. He didn't have to check it personally and he told a lie that was unnecessary. He said the he could refer us to his guy that does it for $150 but he can't do anything else. We paid cash $16500 and he would not budge on simply replacing the key or fixing the key. It appears Tony is all about money, no empathy or concern at all once you leave off of the lot. No empathy or true concern even when you're on the lot. Beware of Tony the car salesman at Cal Auto Net on Hawthorne Blvd. If you do go there, be super attentive to details. Pay attention and don't sign anything until you have triple checked the details concerning the car. Specifically, have a super discerning eye regarding the car salesman Tony.
