  This is my second time buying a car from AJs auto and once again they didn’t disappoint! The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was helpful, upfront, and made sure I drove away in something that truly fit my needs and budget. I never felt pressured, and they answered all my questions with patience and honesty.   This has to be one of the most jankiest car-lot experiences I’ve ever had . I got this car the day before Thanksgiving , so approximately 75 days ago and I’ve had major issues. Starting with the first one being a slow leak in my front right tire 1 week after I got the car .. upon realizing this I take my car to a tire shop to get a replacement and they say “ oh maam one of these tires is a different size from the rest of them” .. Puzzled I take a closer look and all 4 tires except one are the same size . Furious I call AJ’s and they’re always so quick to say bring it up “wE’lL Fix iT” like oh duh you’ll FIX IT ! So I bring my car to the shop the problem is handled .. wow AJ’s . Next we have junk yard break pads , I didn’t know after less than 15 days of getting a car that they claim passed all tests would need new breaks . Well that’s because the ones these used were from the junk and rusted to the core . Just squeaking my way through town.. wow AJ’s. After this I’m good for a while now here comes a random rainy day .. as I turn on my windshield wipers instead of them going side by side smoothly , the left side is barely moving and the right wiper is crossing over the left one making this extremely annoying noise and I’m stuck in the pouring rain because I cannot see through my driver side window. Was quoted $500+ for a wiper motor to be replaced WOW AJ’S !!!! I could go on and on about the problems I’ve had but let’s talk about the service from each individual I dealt with at the dealership. #1 Big Nick : friendly face , very flirty ,not so helpful with getting me in my car . #2 Zee : Does all the work , made things happen even though they run her crazy , deserves a raise. #3 AJ : needs to repent every 5 minutes, does repent every 3 minutes, yells at everyone, will talk about customers behind their backs ( but he’s the owner so I guess nobody cares) #4: The other Nick : puts all the junkyard parts on people’s car, tells you everything is ok just to talk about you when you walk off. Gets ran around like a slave. The only good thing I have to say is that Zee works magic when you don’t have so much proof of income. With most of my income being cash she still was able to come up with something for a bank to approve. She carries this dealership and needs to be treated with more respect. But anywho I’ll be on my merry little way now 💋
