  Bought a used BMW from this dealership. The buying process was smooth overall, although there was some back-and-forth during the price negotiation. However, the Check Engine Light came on immediately after I took delivery of the vehicle. Both sales managers and my sales representative have been responsive and proactive in helping arrange the vehicle’s return for diagnosis and repair. I appreciate their willingness to address the issue, and I’ll continue updating this review throughout the repair process so future buyers can see how everything is ultimately resolved. If the outcome is positive—which I’m optimistic it will be—I will gladly recommend this dealership to others.

  I purchased an Audi S5 from this dealership because they had an amazing spec I had been searching for, and since I paid premium pricing along with their warranties, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Soon after purchasing the vehicle, I had an issue with the rear license plate mount not staying attached properly. I was told they would fix it complimentary, which I appreciated at first. However, the service took 3–4 hours for something that realistically should have taken 30 minutes at most. I was also told a brand-new piece had been installed. Unfortunately, that turned out to be untrue. The issue was never fully fixed, and the “new” mount was clearly just another used part. I only recently discovered this again while trying to apply my new yearly registration sticker, which was frustrating because parts of the license plate assembly were still falling apart. When I called to explain the issue and ask about getting it corrected properly, the dealership did not seem interested in helping or fixing the problem. That was extremely disappointing considering the amount of money I spent on the vehicle and warranties. My friend and I even tried fixing it ourselves, but we are not mechanics and do not have the proper tools to repair it correctly. This should have been handled properly by the dealership the first time. You can see the tiny brackets just not even stay on properly, which was the issue before. Overall, I expected much better quality service and honesty. Based on my experience, I would not recommend servicing or purchasing from this dealership.
