  Chad at the appliance plug was great to deal with. My wife and I ordered all our Zline appliances for a new home we are building through The Appliance Plug. Chad made the process super easy. Everything arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition! The Appliance Plug had the lowest prices we could find anywhere on Zline and shipping was included!   Just left the warehouse, I thought I was going to be able to browse alone but was immediately paired with a sales rep upon entry who immediately went over their price ranges and asked me if it’s within my budget before even shaking my hand and asking for my name. Once I confirmed, he allowed me into the showroom with him but at that point I wanted to just walk right out. I did feel extremely uncomfortable it seemed like he was asking if I can “afford” their appliances which he was but he did it right when I walked in. Just my feedback, I understand you are trying to make a sale but build some rapporteur with someone first, maybe it’ll make a difference.

  We went to the appliance plug looking for a washer and dryer. Their showroom was very presentable and Chad was very helpful with our questions and needs. We found what we need quickly within our price range and delivery for the next day. A very accommodating business.
