I bought this car a month ago exactly in March. I took my two year-old with me and test drove the car. It was nothing wrong with the car until I got home. The driver side window don’t roll up or roll down unless you open the door to roll it up and roll it down. I have codes on my car and it’s something wrong with the transmission sensor and I called up to the car dealership and he told me to take my car to a mechanic. It’s nothing he can do. This business really need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. And get shut down permanently this is not OK. I have five kids and I have disclose that to the owner and he still sold me a lemon car now I’m pouring my money into a car that Paid over $5000 for
I bought my van with Imrankhan. He was a nice gentleman, easy to work with and made time to meet up with me on the weekend within the couple of hours I reached out to him. The van I was looking at looked great, interior and exterior, and the engine was smooth. I bought the van and went about my way. Within a couple of days, my van overheated. I had to add about a gallon of coolant that day. Now I find myself topping off everyday. I finally got it diagnosed three weeks later, and it turned out to be the worse case scenario, a damn blown head gasket. I’m just really sad because I can’t tell if he knew about this or not but he was nice so I want to give him the benefit of the doubt. Nonetheless, I’m still the one stuck with the repair bill after I had already used up my budget for this. I wanted to be repeat customer because the experience was great and the van was a reasonable price. The deal was too good to be true. I did reach out to him to see if he could help me in anyway but I didn’t get a response. It’s all good and I understand why. I wanted to give him a two star because of the experience and service, but the $2700 repair bill is still making me nauseous.
My sales representative Hayat in Sacramento was very attentive to my needs and very resourceful I would highly recommend him and his business. I found him on car guru. Would definitely go back !
