  • Excellent service. They made it happen. Driving good in these streets.

  • This is my 3rd time purchasing a car from them. They’re bilingual, super sweet and incredibly accommodating. They care about their customers and will make sure to make a compromise that works for the both of you!

  • Great service by Jason. Love the Traverse. Very thorough with paperwork. -Review edit #2: (2/20/24) (I've seen the dealership responses to previous clients. Please don't bother responding to mine or to try and dispute. The fact that the car broke down 20 mins after leaving the lot is more than enough to erode away all trust people should have in you). The car has been sitting at the AAMCO since the day it broke down. We've spent thousands of dollars on rental cars and things have been thrown into disarray because of this dealership. Just heard back from AAMCO, and the warranty company WILL NOT cover the engine. So we will pay $5,800 for a used Chevy Traverse engine. And it will take another 2 weeks minimum to fix it. I knew there was a reason they rushed us with every test drive and made them as short as possible, because if you drive their cars long enough during the test drive, THEY'LL BREAK DOWN. I FELT IT. It's definitely the most plausible outcome, because we broke down 20 MINUTES AFTER LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP. We couldn't even make it home! Then they complained after we wanted to look at more cars BECAUSE IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH WORK TO MOVE THE CARS AROUND THE TINY LOT. I mean it's your JOB to move cars for test drives. THESE CLOWNS WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT DOING THEIR JOB. Well guess what? I'm sorry to inconvenience you to do a part of your job at your work place. My family has been inconvenienced for weeks and set back several thousand dollars? Guess which one is worse? Now, because of your dealership's refusal to perform any type of maintenance or any type of inspection on cars in your lot, my family is stuck paying $5,800! We should have just taken the $2,500 we put down plus the $5,800 and the thousands of dollars of car rental charges and bought a new car. And I know your dealer employees are aware of most problems each of those cars has. There's no way you can move our Chevy Traverse and not experience these things. There were holes where the oil leaked through. And when you go around charging cars on the lot because "people leave the lights on", thats mostly a load of crap. Modern car lights automatically turn off when you leave, so it doesn't affect the battery. And that black Mercedes E class that you jumped before we went for a test drive? It wasn't the battery that was the problem... but I'll leave you guys to figure it out. Their warranty company, Wynn's Premier, is a full on joke. Just a waste of money. Offer to not get the warranty at time of purchase if possible. And I will be talking to Credit Acceptance. They might not care about our Chevy problems, but I can bet they'd think twice about funding deals on cars that will most likely break down before the first payment is made. — review edit#1 : Car ran fine during short test drive. 20 mins later we break down on the 95. Oil pressure light came on and check engine light came on. Again absolutely no issues during test drive. Took dip stick out and no oil in engine. Will update on exactly what the issue is once AAMCO lets us know. But shouldn’t these cars be inspected before being sold? We expected to get home atleast, but we couldn’t make it 20 mins. Very unfortunate and very disappointed. Plus, since it broke down on the first day, we aren’t even sure the warranty will cover it. If you buy from here or any other used car pot lot in New Jersey or New York, remember, your car is MORE LIKELY to break down quickly than not to.
