  • Bought a car. They accepted my down payment, all docs were signed, loan was finalized. THEN it turns out the showed me the wrong car, the inspection was never done on the correct vehicle, they claim it was an accident and now the vehicle is at a mechanic awaiting inspection. My son went to pick up the vehicle and they made him wait for two hours with multiple different excuses as to why they could not deliver the vehicle. Now they will not respond, answer texts, or return my calls. Again, they have my money, all of the signed documents and the banks money. I still have no car and no response.

They helped me get into my first ever vehicle in my opinion they are the best because I shopped around and I called everyone looking for a Chevy equinox and with my credit it was so hard to get financed for such a great vehicle and it was hard to even find this specific vehicle but they did it!
