  • 1. I was promised a gas stipend and never received it. (Maria) 2. It took 3 different appointments of me driving an hour plus to this place to get a radio installed. They set these appointments each time and wasted my time and money driving. 3. They sold me a truck with a tire that was at 60psi [its supposed to be at 35] The tire has a small air leak that I guess they didnt want me to know about. Once I brought this to there attention they said they would take care of it. The mechanic came back 20 minutes later and handed me the keys. The tire still has the leak nothing changed. Overall very unorganized and they dont keep there word. This is not how you run a business. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

  • An extremely easy process. I had the best experience here! Maria was very clear on everything I needed and she’s bilingual! So it made me feel very comfortable because I had brought my dad and he had lots of questions!

  • I'm late saying this, I've had my truck for almost 4 months. The process with these guys from start to finish was simple and easy. Everything was explained clearly and my truck rides like its new. They even purchased a missing part and had it installed for me. I would 100% recommend DFW auto sales to anyone in search of a reliable pre-owned vehicle. Special shout out to JC. He's no longer there but I appreciate the customer he provided as well as his candid nature. Thanks.
