  • Today I purchased my first own car from the auto club LLC oh I'm so in love my first own car reasonable price the prices was awesome Miss Mary was a wonderful lady we had a conversation for a quite about 20 minutes while she was preparing my paperwork and I love her energy and I love the way that she you know explain everything to me very good customer service skills give her 10 out of 10

  • I saw their page on Facebook a few times looked at the inventory saw how cheap the vehicles were, assumed there would be additional cost like dealer, fees, taxes, etc. obviously the cars are used. I wouldn’t expect anything spectacular but after seeing this response to someone’s review, Yeah it’s a no for me. The blatant disrespect and rudeness talking bout “so you’re mad we don’t want to..” and good bye good luck we don’t need your money!!! 😂😂😂😂😂 I wouldn’t do business with this place even if the car was free. I can tell the staff has zero class or proper customer service etiquette — very ghetto
