  • I saw their page on Facebook a few times looked at the inventory saw how cheap the vehicles were, assumed there would be additional cost like dealer, fees, taxes, etc. obviously the cars are used. I wouldn’t expect anything spectacular but after seeing this response to someone’s review, Yeah it’s a no for me. The blatant disrespect and rudeness talking bout “so you’re mad we don’t want to..” and good bye good luck we don’t need your money!!! 😂😂😂😂😂 I wouldn’t do business with this place even if the car was free. I can tell the staff has zero class or proper customer service etiquette — very ghetto

  • Love their environment friendly staff helpful office lady my grandson got his car from them. Would love to see more vans and SUV .. Buick, Cadillac,Honda pilot. But so far great inventory..

  • I had an issue. Ms Mary is a charm. She know customer service. 5 stars for her. She works feverishly to resolve your issues. Even doing her job by calling the dmv to resolve issues. She refunds you cash. Where else this occurs. Auto club LLC is really a poor man's way out of the mess that other scammer dealers make you pay x3 for your car. Cars a cheap with a Lil fixer uppers. Whereas bigger dealers nail you to the cross and take your shirt with a smile. They help you. Mary can resolve your issues. She can work with you. A true lady of business. Don't get those again in this life. They are like pearls....rare ppl in this world. My issue was straightened out 100%. Thank you Ms Mary. God bless you. I will buy again and again.
