  • I had an amazing experience with this computer store. They fixed both my iPad and iPhone quickly and the quality of the repair was perfect. On top of that, I was able to pick up a Mac at a great price—way better than anything I found online. The staff was professional, honest, and super helpful throughout the whole process.   • According to employees inside, this store location is Apple products only. Website for Experimax falsely states that they can repair devices of various kinds, they sell devices of various kinds, and they can accept trade-in devices by buying them from customers for cash or providing in-store credit. On their website it shows the list of devices they can purchase from customers includes media players , laptops, smartphones, consoles, video games, smartwatches, graphics cards, and more all of many various brands. Even after choosing the Gilbert location on the website, this list of acceptable devices for trade-in did not change. I stopped by a local business near to this Experimax Gilbert location beforehand and it seemed to mention all the same stuff plastered on the outside windows. Repair, buy, sell, "IT Services", etc. I went into this store today after spending hours gathering up devices I wanted to trade-in and was told by a rep at the store that they only accept or work with "Apple" devices. "We do Apple, we do Apple" as I approached and explained that I was there to trade-in. "You only do Apple devices?" and they reply "Yes". This location needs branding and signs on the building that clearly state this is a location only accepting and assisting with Apple devices. Why even have a sign on the window saying "IT Services" if you do nothing but repair iPhones and Macs? Why be tied to an organization whose entire business model is selling, buying, and repairing various devices of all kinds and brands when your franchise location only deals with Apple? You need to make a new sign on the building that calls this "Apple Experimax" or something. It should not be branded as the same business when this franchise location has nothing to do with it. Ridiculous.
