  I set out to buy a car and went to RAS, where I found the vehicle of my choice. However, I ran into a major issue: the car I purchased had a dent—something they failed to mention to me. When I contacted them again, they claimed they hadn't known about it. The salesperson, David, referred me to a repair shop where I could get the work done at a discounted rate—but I would still have to pay an additional $1,500 out of pocket. In any case, I am very disappointed. I cannot reply but I saw you made a comment under my post, Thank God I have a video of the car when my boyfriend saw it the first day with the dent and did not pay attention. And the guy who Sold us the car admit that after seeing the video. Sincerely, I really love my car and I did not regret buying it but I have all the proof that it was there before I bought it and at least you could have fix it for me. Do you know we have to buy another car now, and we are not coming back to you because 1)you could have fixed it because I showed him and he saw that he was there before and 2) Now you are lying saying that it was not there before under my post. I tried to wait before editing my review, I thought you were going to make this right and it was not the case so, I edited my review. And we are not coming anymore.

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Star at Rolls Auto. As a first-time buyer, I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed going into this process, especially with financing, warranties, approvals, and honestly, just not knowing a lot about how everything worked. From the very beginning, Star made me feel comfortable, supported, and never once made me feel embarrassed for asking questions or needing clarification. I truly felt like I could be myself around her, and there was never a moment where I felt judged. Over the course of several weeks, Star stayed in communication with me consistently, answered my emails, reassured me through the stressful parts of the process, and made me feel like more than just another sale. I never felt rushed or pressured. She was patient, understanding, and incredibly personable the entire time, which meant a lot to me during such a major purchase. I spent a huge part of the day at the dealership, and despite how busy everything was, Star remained attentive and helpful throughout the process. I loved her positivity and how welcoming she was. Star genuinely worked hard to help me get into something reliable and affordable that fit my needs, and I left with a car that I am so in love with! Getting a new car has been a long time coming for me, and the feeling is still surreal. Because of Star, this was all possible. As someone who struggles with anxiety around big decisions and was very intimidated by the idea of buying a car for the first time, I truly appreciate the way she treated me throughout this experience. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, communicative, honest, and truly cares about making people feel comfortable throughout the process, I absolutely recommend asking for Star. She made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable, and I’m genuinely grateful for all of her help. Having her get you into your new car is a MUST! Thank you so much, Star!!!
