  • ⚠️ CUSTOMER WARNING / BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AMER ⚠️ I want to share my experience with Rim Pro Shop at 8534 Gulf Freeway, and another location around 1960 & Perry Rd that I understand may be under the same ownership. I purchased four new tires and rims for my Cadillac Escalade. During the service, my vehicle was lifted using only two jacks, one in the front and one in the back. Afterward, I had serious issues with my vehicle’s air suspension/airbags. When I called to explain the problem, the owner was rude, unprofessional, and began cursing before even listening to my full complaint. He did not take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. There was also confusion on the invoice and verbal agreement. My advice to anyone doing business here: get everything in writing before paying or leaving your vehicle. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Please stay way form this place. Please be careful and make sure all work, prices, warranties, and promises are clearly written on the invoice.
