  Bought this 2010 Chevy Tahoe on October 16, and it's been pure hell ever since. Dropped it off the very next morning (Oct 17) for a full list of issues—didn't see it again until Wednesday, Oct 22. Back less than a day later for the same unresolved problems: cylinder 2 misfire and leaking transfer case. Then, on October 24, for the same thing, they kept it until Wednesday the 29th. Drove not even 50 miles? Light's back on for the exact same cylinder 2 misfire. But at least they replaced the cracked transfer case. Now I'll be bringing it back for a 3rd time in 2 weeks, crossing my fingers the "third time's the charm" doesn't apply here with these mechanics. I diagnosed the root cause in under an hour: lean fuel-to-air mixture in cylinder 2 causing crystallized deposits on the spark plug electrode, leading to ignition failure. Cleaning the plug is a band-aid fix, but it's clearly an intake manifold gasket leak screaming for attention. How is this basic stuff escaping them? And get this—when I popped the hood this last time, I found hardware and brackets just sitting loose in the engine bay, not attached to anything. Pics here for reference. Sloppy work like that could lead to serious issues down the road. Two weeks in, and this SUV has racked up more shop days than road time—I'm out hundreds on Ubers, rentals, and missing work left and right. Deus Motors: Slick sales, zero competence in the service bay. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Two very pissed-off customers warning you. 🚩🚩🚩
