  A very pleasant experience. Everyone at the dealership was warm and welcoming. The car is in good shape with almost no scratches. Detailed Carfax report was provided. The owner gave us discounts, and even promised to help with its future maintenance. Now we’ve been driving it for over a month, and took it up to Big Bear Lake, and it has plenty of power and drives very smoothly. We will look at this dealer again if we ever buy another used car.

  I purchased a car for my daughter over the holidays. Working with ZRV Auto was a pleasurable experience. They have lots of cars to choose from in their inventory. They are very upfront and no pressure Sales team. We are able to come and view the car take it for a test drive and be able to go home and think about our decision.. There is no haggle to try to get us to stay and buy on the spot or implying we would be missing out. Even after buying the car, we had a couple bugs to work out. ZRV was fantastic about honoring a quality car and they took care of the issues.. My daughter is very happy with her new car and newly gained independence. I would recommend to anybody to feel confident about purchasing a vehicle through ZRV Auto.
