  We recently had a terrific experience buying from ZRV Auto (Jan. 2026). ZRV had a hard-to-find car that my daughter had hoped for as her first vehicle: a 2010 VW Beetle. We had pre-planned travel to be in Brea from Northern California, and Zora and his family helped us navigate starting the buying process long distance. When we arrived, the car was waiting for us and was 100% what we expected from our calls and photos. The car was super clean! We had an independent mechanic check the car out and they said it was in really great shape. The paperwork process was fast and organized, and truly one of the easiest car-buying experiences. We appreciated Zora and his family's professionalism, willingness to help us buy a car (as opposed to trying to sell us a car), and the post-purchase follow up. Great customer service, honest and fair!

  I purchased a car for my daughter over the holidays. Working with ZRV Auto was a pleasurable experience. They have lots of cars to choose from in their inventory. They are very upfront and no pressure Sales team. We are able to come and view the car take it for a test drive and be able to go home and think about our decision.. There is no haggle to try to get us to stay and buy on the spot or implying we would be missing out. Even after buying the car, we had a couple bugs to work out. ZRV was fantastic about honoring a quality car and they took care of the issues.. My daughter is very happy with her new car and newly gained independence. I would recommend to anybody to feel confident about purchasing a vehicle through ZRV Auto.
