  • DON’T GO HERE! Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. When signing paperwork, they pressure you to leave a positive review, but once you purchase and start making payments, you quickly realize their vehicles are unreliable. We bought a truck that only worked for a short time before breaking down. We demanded a replacement, and they switched us to another truck (in which we did NOT like)— which also developed mechanical issues shortly after. When we spoke with Mac, he told us we would have to pay out of pocket for repairs and that we were stuck with the truck. On top of that, they charge a $10 service fee every time you make a payment with a debit card, which is unreasonable and should be covered by their payment provider, not the customer. Overall, this place is misleading, the vehicles are poor quality, and customer service is unhelpful once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!
