  • The best dealership experience. I have a 2022 Silverado I purchased used that developed a knocking that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. I took it to my normal mechanic that performs a lot of other services except for Transmission work, but he and someone else I know recommended Sean at Temecula Valley Buick GMC. I called Sean ahead of coming over. From the moment I walked into this dealership, everybody was polite and helpful. Once there I explained in detail what was happening, we fired it up so he could hear the sounds then wrote up the paperwork. I am well beyond working on my own vehicles anymore but I asked a lot of questions to make sure nothing was overlooked and Sean provided detailed answers. While we’re at his desk, he did some background checking on my truck and found that there was still some time left on the warranty for the drivetrain. They also provided a loner vehicle for me. One week they were able to replace the engine and repair the transmission. Sean kept updated through the process. The work they performed was very clean, you couldn’t even tell anybody had been working on it. Sean is Professional, personable, attentive and provided me with excellent customer service.   • Dealt with Jerry for the purchase of my new 2500 Denali! Great service. Whole process took a little over 3 hrs with test drive and paperwork but for a dealer that's quick.
