  These people sold me a bad truck for $4700 in which tractor oil was used quiet the noise in the motor and the engine had 2 bad pistons in it and need basically needed a new moter. I called them when I found about the trouble I would have brought the vehicle back right away but I live 2hr away and didn’t have someone to take me back home. They have not yet called me and refused to talk to me and I have proof from a licensed shop just one or 2 weeks after purchase. My name is Kelly Gaiter and I’m a veteran of the US Army I’m still out of $4700 and a vehicle.

  I've got a used ford Explorer from this place and it was really good in milage and the condition was really good and it was in brand new shape. The service and the staff was also amazing unlike other companies, especially the one who dealt with me named elsa

  Hello I am prophetess kedemah Bey and my nom de guerre is Nester Riddle. I wanted to share why I'm giving Waukegan Auto Auction a 5 star review. At first I said no when asked by AK, if I recalled his name correctly, if i wanted to leave a review but when I got home I thought about it and shared my thoughts with God. So that is why I changed my mind. It was my first time there and the only reason I was there is because God gave me a dream to go there. It is not as simple as it sounds. To read the full dream you would have to find me on Facebook because I will be referencing parts of the dream. In the dream I was shown a stadium full of brown skin men and women, train tracks, a brown skin repo man, two groups of females, and a auction house. It is a little more detailed that this but I wanted to highlight key elements that God showed. I didn't know right away that it was Waukegan that God wanted me to go to. I had to do alot of research which became frustrating after narrowing it down to about 4 locations. I'm in Indiana so the stadium full of brown skin men and women meant Chicago. I have also been there once before to first Marshall Auto auction. As I'm about to go to sleep I'm talking to God and saying if this is something I need to do tomorrow I don't know which one to go to. Then I double checked the hours on the last location search and that's when I sneezed 3 times. I breathed a sigh of relief and got prepared to leave.( sneezing 3 time meant that was the location) My day started at 2am to get ready for a bus leaving at 430am. All of my directions were written as I could not use my phone. From the greyhound I took the red line train which drove past a stadium. Then I took a second train that had upstairs seating as well, to a bus and finally arrived. I was early and the staff was friendly in explaining what I needed to do. The most significant part of this process for me was the refund option which was if I didn't find a vehicle I wanted my deposit was returned to me. I was given a list of vehicle to checkout. I looked for what was shown in the dream which was a two door, grayish blue or a light tone dark colored vehicle with a firebird looking front end. I checked off a couple of cars that might be the one. Then added a few more as back ups. The bidding started and right away people stated leaving with the vehicles they wanted. What I wanted was too much for by budget and that is what I explained to the staff. It was nearing the end and the all the vehicle that I checked were over my budget. I was told by a staff member that he would check with the boss about any cheaper cars and that donations are auctioned in the beginning but they go very quickly. I had called it quits and went to get my refund. I guess they had a cheap vehicle but I didn't realize until after they called me back. It was a silver colored suv and were offering around 1800 or 1500. It wasn't what I saw in the dream so I declined it, got my refund and walked to the bus stop. At the bus stop I said in my head Lord what do you want me to do because I was sure I would be leaving with a vehicle. Suddenly a truck come speeding by and I'm splash with cold, dirty, water-icy snow. I said ok Lord and I go back trying to figure out how to pay for one of the cheap ones that didn't match the description of the dream. I said to myself if He wants me to leave here with a vehicle I will have to use my rent money beside I was not willing to travel 6hrs to go home wet. I paid for the vehicle which was a smooth process. They make sure you are aware of all possibilities and responsibilities since the vehicles are as is purchases. My final thought is I praise and thank our Creator for showing me this establishment. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are honest, willing to negotiate, they have a large selection of cars to choose from and you go home a winner either way because if you don't find what you want your deposit is refunded if you find something the deposit is put toward the total balance which includes fees, as there should be.
