  • NEVER TRUST THE OWNER of this business he is a liar and a fraud, he sold me a car with problems he never fixed after promising to, no clear communication skills or honestly just LIES AND HALF TRUTHS never buy or visit this lot. It is predatory in nature

  • This is a warning to any potential buyers. I implore that you have the vehicle inspected prior to buying from them. My dad was interested in a Honda Fit at the Los Banos lot. He asked me to go check it out and give it a test drive. I went in with high hopes because the first vehicle he purchased from them was ok. My dad went back to them with good faith. The Honda Fit looked nice and clean from afar. Upon initial inspection i noticed severe tire wear on the passenger tire. I started the car and drove down backroads to truly test the car. The breaks felt mushy and when breaking hard (real case scenario), and i noticed a terrible shake. When breaking hard (normal case scenario), the car make a clunk sound (possibly worn motor mounts). I also noticed the transmission slip between 2nd and third gear (they tried to tell my dad that i was driving it in manual mode but it was an automatic transmission). Considering all the repair costs, i went back in rather upset. I personally would not sell a car in these conditions. The repair cost would be high and the brakes create an unsafe condition. I went to explain to Juan, the car salesman that the car had many issues. I asked if had any cars on the lot without major mechanical issues. He became angry because i brought up these issues that my dad, with no mechanical experience, would not be able to detect. He suggested that he only speak with my dad from there on and i said it was not an issue. Later when my dad went to the dealership, and i showed up. As i was entering, we was saying how rude i was. I was not rude, but i was upset at the thought of my family driving that unsafe, junk car around. While Juan was lying to my dad about my interaction with him as well as lying about the issues with the car, a very small man butted in and said he would sue me for exposing poor business practices on yelp and google reviews. I told him to do it because nothing i said was a lie and because i am aware i am protected legally for voicing my opinion. This small 5'3 man who may have been a salesman or possibly a janitor became angry when he realized i wasnt intimitated by his dog barks. He became very aggresive towards me and his body language indicated that he wanted to hurt me. I do not fear anyone, much less small loud men but decided to leave anyway. Juan and the small man clearly have very little mechanical experience and they hope that buyers are like them so they dont notice the poor condition that some of the vehicles are in. Pay someone to inspect the car you want. 50-70 dollars can save you thousands in repairs.

  • Jose is a fantastic car salesman. He is very straightforward and to the point no funny business. He sold my family our last 3 cars and has been true to his word when it comes to quality at a certain price point. If you or your family needs a vehicle I would highly recommend you ask for Jose as he’s one of the valleys youngest up and coming car-salesman that still values his integrity. As he himself has put it he can even sell wings to a bird!
