  • I was in the market for used to work truck I checked out numerous dealerships in the OC area then I was searching on Google and found Dons Auto Center in Fontana. The prices are very fair so I made the drive down to their dealership all the way from Huntington Beach to check out the truck. I really liked it, but there was another dealership down the street, Pacific Auto Center so I went there after the fact to look at their inventory to compare. I was appalled by the fact that they have so many hidden add-ons of useless accessories I didn’t even want and or need and they wouldn’t work on the price much at all and were so pushy and aggressive during the negotiation process. I ended up walking out and driving right down the street back to Dons to talk to Alex the salesman. He was awesome. During the sale of the truck Travis answered all my questions thoroughly in detail and made the process so smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone for a hassle free car/truck purchasing experience!

  • Alex was fantastic. I came in looking for a van and he helped me out with my econoline. He made the entire process so seamless and easy. I will definitely be back in the future when the time comes to purchases another vehicle!
