  Where do I start, I was originally suppose to have rented from them on the 01/19/2026 but when he ran my license, it showed that they were due to be revoked on 9 February so he immediately declined my services. The next day I went and fixed the ticket that I had and had them removed the pending suspension. I went back rented the white Kia sol. I spent a total of $500 when I was told and it was advertised for 275 a week and $100 deposit with it due to be returned Monday the 26th at 4:30 PM Per contract. I did not have my own insurance, he charged me 80 something dollars for his insurance. The second day of having the rental, my nephew and I got stuck at the gas station. He offered roadside assistance, but that wouldn’t have helped because the terminal was loose. I am not a Hillsborough resident. I am from Polk County. I did not at the time. have one suitable clothing to Rush and come to his establishment.which took about four hours out of my busy schedule. Night of having the vehicle, the brake lights stayed on. I notified him about that situation as well and he was offering for me to come in again mind you all of this takes time and money because of the Gas. So he said that if it didn’t give me any problems with driving it to just continue driving it. Fast forward to today the 26th. I am now due to turn in the rental at 4:30. Messaged me this morning, asking to bring it in at 12 and also reminding me of all the things that we’ve already discussed in the agreement which is to put the gas back where it is to be and to vacuum out the car. I asked for not just my deposit back, but for some money for gas for my time and he tried to go back-and-forth with me stating that he is a millionaire and that I should have used the roadside assistance which we all know the roadside assistance does not fix cars, then proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t an inconvenience for me because he only took five minutes to fix it Once I arrived. Saying All of this to let you know, I would never rent from him again. I was better off with Turo, and to clarify the video that he shot of me immediately renting the rental without me ever, knowing how it drove. I would definitely not recommend anyone to use his services. Millionaires don’t go back back-and-forth with the customers for being on top of the issues with the car that was rented to them Nor do they give you a problem when it’s time to pay what is due because of the unforeseen issues that occurred with their rental per contract. I arrived to return the rental at 4:00pm 30 minutes earlier than the time on the agreement and he had went live and started recording me without my permission. He reevaluated the car and tried to accuse me of a marking that was already within the car so I advise him to playback the video that he took of the car and the inside of the car when I first rented it, he never played the video then he made a statement and said that he was no longer going to give me the gas money that he agreed to in a text messages and over the phone because he did not like this review that I am currently completing now. While he’s alive, he’s like let me take a picture of me giving you the hundred dollars back but I’m not going to give you 20 for gas because I don’t like the review that you left me and all I said was are you really upset because I kept everything professional and was calling you and texting you about your car that kept having issues because I didn’t want to come out of pocket for any issues that occurred to your transportation while I had it in my care and he continue to say I was lying on him, but could not express what lie I told I only mentioned to him the issues I was having with the car and explained to him that I was not available to keep driving an hour away to come and let him render services on a car that should have been 100% running before I Took it off the lot. That is the picture of the battery that he had me send him a picture of to let me know which terminal to wiggle on in order to get the car to crank sorry but I told no lies. I was being truthful

  HORRIBLE BUSINESS! If I could have done ZERO Stars I would have. This man is a JOKE. He is 100% scamming people. You pay more through him than going to enterprise and your driving a car that is literally FALLING apart, He says weekly rental in ALL his advertisements for $275 but it is NOT a week it is FIVE days and he does not make that clear. He will also call you hours after 10 am on the 5th day when you think it is suppose to be a week and tell you you also lost your deposit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN HE IS SCAMMING PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT. THE BBB WILL ALSO BE NOTIFIED OF THIS SCAM.
