Had an awesome experience with Regency. I worked with Michael. He was friendly, accommodating, responsive, and honest. I bought a Range Rover and am SO happy. I had a full inspection done on it before I bought it since Land Rovers can be lemons, and by the time I actually signed and took the car home, I felt super confident I was making the right decision. Would recommend!
This is the 3rd month of owning a car that I bought from regency. And I am not at all disappointed. I’ve been lucky to have found a needle in a haystack. And every one there was a pleasure to work with.
First off let me say you CAN’T make every customer happy, and the customer is not always right. Dave was super nice and helpful. Very accomodating and responsive. I will say that it probably helped that I had my own financing. We purchased a 2016 Yukon XL Denali. For being 9 years old it was in super clean condition with the expected wear and tear. We are very happy with our new to us Delani. Don’t judge a book by its cover!
