  My husband is not a first time buyer when it comes to car dealerships but I am. He’s been traumatized by dealerships while I’m heavily guarded when it comes to them. Amanda was our sales rep and was absolutely amazing when it came to my process of questioning, observing, even down to understanding the complex details. She educated me on many aspects of this transaction. Whether it was the cars current condition, to how their bank financing works, to the information of the car when they bought it. She went as far as elaborating why she recommends we refinance and how it actually helps build my credit and my husband’s all while simultaneously allowing our payments to become less than what we started with. This is our first big purchase as a couple when it comes to our transportation. No issues arose at all that we can hear, feel, or see. I love that there is a warranty as a just in case. In all the interaction was not one of pressure or convincing us to buy. It’s a , if you want to they are all for it as long as we as a client are certain. If we question the comfortability of a decision Amanda and the girls are all for showing other options. The girls that work alongside her are all great! Beautiful energy and the fact that I witnessed how they are on top of EVERYTHING is what really grabbed my attention. Their chemistry and attitudes are amazing. Their knowledge is vast, their car lot is small so there are limited options BUT that doesn’t mean that they cannot help you. Thank you so much to an employee of theirs referring us to fairway. It’s truly a life changing event for my husband and I that know one will understand unless we tell our story. We are forever grateful!
