I had a great experience with AYCO Auto Sales. I purchased a car from them about two months ago, and I wanted to wait a while before leaving a review. I honestly do not remember my salesperson’s name, but I do remember the outstanding customer service I received. Before purchasing the car, I had a few concerns that I wanted addressed. He listened carefully, understood exactly what I was looking for, and made sure those issues were taken care of. I originally came in expecting to purchase an older vehicle. Because of the excellent service I received, I ended up buying a newer car instead. The entire process was smooth, and I never felt pressured. I also want to thank Juan. Between him and the salesperson I worked with, every question and concern I had was addressed. They genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase, and I felt like they valued me as a customer. I rarely take the time to write reviews, so the fact that I am writing this says a lot about how positive my experience was.
