  • This is my second car from PYRAMIDE AUTO. First day it was minor issues but at the same time PYRAMIDE AUTO and GUY took it to their shop to make sure the vehicle was up to part. The communication and time was fast plus well mannered. I still say the cars are reliable. I still never had a problem with my first car I got from them. If you communicate they will reply to you and help you.

  • He had listed a car on his website asking for $1,500 down. When I inquired online, he replied it was $1,500 down. When I called the very next morning, he said, “No, it is $2,500 down.” He then quickly changed his website to $2,500 down. False advertising!! I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

  • I read reviews on Facebook Marketplace before I drove out to King, which was only 15 miles for me and dispite what others had to say I wanted to check this place out. We walked around looking at several different vehicles before deciding to get the keys to a Chrysler 200. My husband got in and cranked it up as I walked around the back checking for smoke from the tailpipe and the whole front of the car started smoking like the engine was on fire. We gave the guy the keys and left. After the reviews and that just happening, I didn't need to ask about any other vehicle out there. Clean it up, Pyramide. To be successful, it starts with word of mouth, in this day and age, social media. You can't sell 10 vehicles but have 5 unhappy customers. We came with cash in hand and it was given to another dealer.
