  If I could give Cross Country Motors more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Jonah as well as the owner I think it was are absolutely amazing. Great at their jobs and truly decent humans and that is rare these days. They were dedicated to getting me financed and also had lots of great advice about the cars in general and what kind of vehicle would be best for me. Very knowledgeable. I have never had such an amazing, kind, and genuinely helpful experience at a dealership in my life. My credit isn’t great and I’ve been turned away or misled by so many places, but Cross Country Motors worked with me every step of the way. They found me an affordable option, a great-quality car that fits my needs perfectly, and they made sure I got a good deal. They truly took care of me in every possible way, and I will be forever grateful. Just the day before, I was at another dealership that told me I qualified for zero down… only to switch it up after I picked a car and suddenly ask for $1600 down and a cosigner... On a car he would only let me drive around the block and was unable to fully check out. It felt shady and stressful, like most dealerships I’ve been to. I was definitely being hustled because I am a female and not very knowledgeable about cars and it shows. Most people in car sales and mechanics are quick to take advantage of that but not here. Cross Country Motors was the complete opposite. They were transparent from the very beginning, honest about every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away in a car the same day. I ended up in a really bad situation and thought I had no way to get another vehicle, but they came through for me when I needed it most. They’re absolute angels. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about people. They genuinely reminded me that even though the world is crazy right now, there are still good people out there with good hearts.

  Cross Country Motors helped my son and I get into a car when we needed it most. They got us financed through a good bank and they didn’t stop till they made sure we got financed. They also respected the budget we had. These guys are as real as they come, I say this because people always worry about getting hustled by car dealers but these guys genuinely care, they listen to your needs and look out for your best interest. The whole team is great!! Bob the owners awesome! He is very straight forward man and I respect his honesty! This car dealership in my opinion & from my experience can 100% be trusted! 5 star customer service for sure. As for the car they sold us it was perfect for our needs, low mileage, well maintained, maintenance was kept up on it, there was only had one owner prior to us , no lights on, alignment perfect no mechanical issues at all. I will be referring all my friends and family members to them. Thanks Fellas !

  10/10 recommend coming here! from the moment I walked through the door they took great care of me! They work to get you the best deal and make everything affordable for you! if you go in ask for Jonah he makes you her like family! my experience with him was just the best! He truly is an expert at what he does! I'll be sending more and more business their way! they were worth the drive from Denver to beautiful Loveland!
