  I decided to take time after the purchase of the van to let a little bit a time pass so that my review would not be full of emotion. I started working with wheelchair vans Inc. March 1 of this year 2024. I made an offer on a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica touring L plus, I worked with Sam Z. I will say one of the things they did that made my life easier was they arranged to have any documents that I need to sign shipped to my door and then once I signed them, they arranged the pick up. That is an incredibly nice feature that this company performs. on March 14. My check cleared. I live in Wyoming so they were going to have the van shipped to my local dealer in cheyenne. I was told that after my check cleared it would take approximately two weeks for the van to ship as I was told, the van was in working order, then I received an email from Sam Z saying that they were replacing, some of the body panels on the car. I was a little perplexed by this, but was assured that it was no big deal. Then later, on as the two weeks came and passed, I was told that the parts were on back order, The van did not arrive in cheyenne until May 17 Two months and three days after my check cleared. Also, well beyond the two week mark. When the van shipped I was assured that everything was in operational order. However, the dealer that I had my van shipped to in Cheyenne told me of a problem with the passenger side sliding door. The door was not working correctly, which was not allowing the ramp to function correctly either. (I would find out later that there was an upgrade through Braun that was not installed on the door.) I had to get parts installed in my car so that I could drive from it. The parts were installed and the van was ready for pick up on August 7 since the front seat was in the car my mom graciously drove the van home on the evening of the seventh after the van was picked up the next day I noticed that there was a problem with the driver side sliding door locking itself open, and then about a week later the passenger side sliding door developed a similar issue. these issues are being dealt with. what is troubling for me is that I was assured that the van was in working order. However, the problem with passenger side door was such a problem that Braun, the conversion manufacture, released an update for that door, which I’m having to get installed. As of the writing of this review, I do know definitively know what is wrong with the right rear door. The problem with that door is that sometimes that it will open with the key fob or interior buttons are pressed and the ramp will deploy. The problem arises when you press either any of the interior buttons in the car to stow the ramp the ramp will fold back in place, but the door will not close you have to manually do that." Because of these issues I’m having to put my life back on hold because my vehicle had to be brought back down at the dealer to fix the problems that I was unaware of. Also, I don’t know if it’s just an issue with me or not, but I only received one key with my vehicle. Knowing what I know now I would still do business with Wheelchair Van’s Inc., but I would ask more questions. Such as it is a Van ready to be shipped as soon as I pay for it. Is the van in working order and can you show me videos of the van in working order so that I can see it. Are there any manufactures updates that need to be installed on the van for it to maintain its working order?

  We had a great experience with this dealership. Sam Zaki was very professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. He always replied quickly and kept everything moving smoothly. When we picked up the van, everything was ready and the process was very easy. The van itself was beautifully detailed and in great condition. Highly recommend working with Sam Zaki if you’re looking for a wheelchair accessible van.

  1/31/2025 What a great dealership with wonderful caring people. The vans are beautiful and competitively prices. In my previous review I spoke of the quality experience and vans purchase that I made to take mom to appointments and outings as she was wheelchair bound. I since lost mom to the Lord in December and called Sam and Omer to discuss options due to the fact mom had passed away and I no longer neeed the van. They were quite compassionate and caring. Omer offered the opportunity to put the van on the lot via consignment and we came to an agreement about price. He was so professional and kind. The van was on the lot for less than a month and Sunny called me with the good news that the van was sold and my check was ready. It was a very good experience considering what our family had gone through and I so appreciated their care, compassion and assistance. I highly recommend Wheelchair Vans Inc. In Laguna Hills, CA as they are simply the best and the ship throughout the nation. Thank you Omer, Sam and Sunny! Highly recommended. 8/24/2024 What a fantastic experience. We purchased a rear entry wheelchair van so we can take mom on outings and 949 Wheelchair Vans Inc. was awesome to deal with. Sam and Sommer handled the transaction and it was smooth and easy. The vans at this dealership undergo multi-point inspections, rehab if needed and complete service and detail. They offer free nationwide shipping, $1000 off or a 1 year warranty. The customer service is phenomenal and they have a wide selection of vans, scooters and related accessibility equipment. I so appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and kindness of staff and highly recommend 949 Wheelchair vans Inc. to anyone searching for such a vehicle. Mom is going to be so happy. Thanks to Sam, Sommers and the entire team at this top rated business. 8/20/2024 Stopped by today and met with Sam to pay the balance on the wheelchair van to help transport mom. Sam was professional, courteous and kind. We plan to pick the van up by the end of the week or early next week. This dealership is the best in the nation for wheelchair lift and ramp equipped vans. Great people, excellent selection and fair pricing. Highly recommended. Previously visit wife and I stopped in to look at accessibility vans that we may purchase in the near future so we can take mom out of the house for some fun and meals. We were not sure if the side ramp or rear ramp would be best and what exactly was best for mom based on her condition, also taking parking into consideration, etc. Sam was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We looked at a few vans, and I must say this place is premier relative to stock, options, condition, etc. Sam was patient, understanding, and a stellar representative for the business. His customer service skills are definitely 5 star plus. I plan to come back within a month and do business with Sam! Highly recommended.
