  • Purchased a used Kia from this dealership price went from 7,000 to 13,000. I understand that it is financing and fees however the car was promised to be functional all around and the first month of owning the fuel pump went bad. Paid 700 dollars to get that fixed with a mechanic, A/C did not work and salesman promised that he would get someone to fix it and never called us back. Rear left wheel had a crack inside and was never addressed to us. Among other issues. I know I shouldn’t expect a perfect car however the way it was promoted to us was a good car all around and I strongly regret buying from this dealer. Never again and don’t recommend to anyone in the I.E

  • I bought a car from here in May of this year, and a month after I had it it broke down, it was out of warranty according to them so I had to pay $600 dollars to get it fixed and a month after they supposedly fixed it, it ended up with terrible mechanical issues. They had it for over a month and then gave it back to me and 4 days after I had it, it started have problems again. Now that I’m trying to get it fixed they don’t want to fix it and they want me to put another 1,000 down to trade. I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here they sell nothing but lemons and then act like it’s not their problem once the warranty is up.

  • The second day I got my car here. The engine blew out. They “replaced” it and I got no receipt, they wanted me to pay because “my warranty hadn’t kicked in…. Now it’s in the shop again because it blew out again within 2 months. And now I’m paying for it this time around. I wouldn’t recommend at all. I been asking for my receipt for about two weeks now. ( if I’m not mistaking they get their cars from an auction and clean it and sell it).
