  • Got a car from a different dealership and somehow my contract ended up with them, and I had never stepped foot in that place, long story short, transmission broke the very next day, took three months to get it fix thru a 1500 hundred dollar warranty I didn't know I agreed to pay and now transmission broke again. Twice in two years. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON VALLEY BOULEVARD, THEY WILL SHARE YOUR SOCIAL AND ALL OTHER INFO WITH ANOTHER 20 DEALERSHIPS SO YOU END UP BUYING TRASH IN ANY OF THEM

  • They get you there and still can’t help you get financed

  • Purchased a used Kia from this dealership price went from 7,000 to 13,000. I understand that it is financing and fees however the car was promised to be functional all around and the first month of owning the fuel pump went bad. Paid 700 dollars to get that fixed with a mechanic, A/C did not work and salesman promised that he would get someone to fix it and never called us back. Rear left wheel had a crack inside and was never addressed to us. Among other issues. I know I shouldn’t expect a perfect car however the way it was promoted to us was a good car all around and I strongly regret buying from this dealer. Never again and don’t recommend to anyone in the I.E
